I'm surprised there are ANY criminals dumb enough to even do street crimes there and try to escape after and worry about trackers looking for them.

Every Friday in Chop chop square is where justice, Saudi Style, is meted out.

Thieves hands get chopped off, adulterers stoned, etc.

Draconian justice WORKS.

You drop your wallet in the Airport, in Saudi, and most people would be too afraid to even pick it up. You'd eventually get it back intact with ALL the money and credit cards too.

Last statistic I heard, they only had to chop off 6 hands last year.

(Don't know what safeguards they have against chopping the wrong guy's hand off.)
