You don't put it on the burger, you spread a thin layer on the grilled buns. The fat in the mayo acts as a moisture barrier to prevent the juicy burger from turning the bread into mush.

Take some of the crab meat and add some gorgonzola cheese and heavy whipping cream, blend together in a saucepan then add spinach (cooked down separately in olive oil) and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour over cheese tortellini with sea scallops or shrimp, and top with some pine nuts.

Goes great with light beer.
