The Soprano's sucks....

I am disappointed in this season and the last one big time.

You would think after 18 month layoffs between seasons, that there would be more mob influence in the script.

Who gives a crap about Carmela going to France? And all the time devoted to Vito and his hoesexuality.

There just fillin space w all these crappy plot lines.

.02

IMHO, the best series on TV ever has been law and order(original) and the spin - offs. They change characters and they keep right on rolling.

I also recently liked the new on "the unit" based on the book "Inside green berets".

Easy answer, Hollywood, art and you should be more sophisticated to understand it, that is why first runs and low budget movies are the best. My advice to Sopranos producers would be more silly jokes, tits and gunpowder I have enough drama in real life that is why I don't bother getting anything out of TV other than entertainment.

If I want something to remember I have 4 history channels and unteem discoverys.

It seems this season is just a set up for the last season which will air fall of 2012. I like where they are going (gang war) but man are they taking forever to get there. THey wasted a whole episode on a dream sequence, another 2 with Tony in the hospital, 3-4 on gay Vito.

I wouldn't mind so much but 1) it used to be great 2) they only do like 8 episodes a season and 3) the seasons are like two years apart.

That said, it beats the Bill Paxton ass hour. Bring back Deadwood.

They'll screw that one up too and Entourage will follow.

Look what they did to Rocky.

There is an unalterable law of nature which decrees that nothing lasts forever,in this particular case Chase simply ran out of interest-holding plot lines so we see the result with the hackneyed and desperate attempts to be au courant,by going pseudo-intellectual:translation: boring and unentertaining.
Last gasp maybe,we'll see.

Yeah, the unit is pretty cool.

It's not based on The Green Berets, but rather the Delta Force. One of the guys who was a founding member of The Delta Force and who also wrote a book about the history of the Delta Force is a producer of the show.

Did someone say 2012?

Actually, I'm burned out on the lives and heart-wrenching pathos of poor, mis-understood Mafia made men. F*** 'em. Those are the kind of a$$es that'll get into the toxic waste disposal biz, offering great prices. Then they'll find a lonely country lane and open the spigots.

Let the bastids try to make a living honestly, I say.

I did like "Analyze This," however.
