Not to be confused with trim that has the appearance of a wood floor ,
I'd say Elmer's wood glue. Been using it for years. Inexpensive and it works.

Do you mean reattaching the wood trim on, say, a W123 dash? If so, I used a bit of Gorilla Glue and it worked very well. If not... well, nevermind.

100% clear silicone RTV. It will never come off. Just clean both parts thoroughly and clamp down overnight. Just be sure the parts are in the exact position you want them, because they're not coming off again...

I'd like to get my hands around a little trim in my car.
But I'd need physical therapy. Speaking of which, Rush Limbaugh must really be a nice guy in private as he uses the Viagra for radio to be a big prick. Bot |

Depends on what you're doing. If the piece is cracked and your trying to glue it and clamp it together, Elmers or Titebond work fine. Both brands have an "indoor" and "outdoor" product. If it's strictly indoor, the indoor type is a bit easier to use but the outdoor will work.
If you want some extra grip for some reason, or if it's not wood on wood, I'd go with a tube of the poly-urethane construction adhesive. Much better than the old "Liquid Nails" stuff. The new stuff will stay wet longer, aka -- long pot life -- makes it easier to make adjustments or take it off if you have to re-do something. The stuff is nasty on skin though -- will turn it black and it doesn't wash out -- you have to wear it off, takes a few days. Wear latex gloves if possible.
