I must admit I've encountered a couple of pairs of noodle tubular types that were like birth defects that could use some help, but on balance it's a crass example of how weak minded or desperate the girls or the men that think they're hot are.

I have yet to see a tattoo that compliments a part of the body. At least breast implants can compliment something. I think women get implants more for other women than guys.

Well there are not many of those, and it's a lot easier to get used to than feeling a wierd foreign object squirting around. A little bikini line tat can almost be classy, but there was a time tatoos were helpful for defining the classes in the West.
