Extra beer from the 4th?
We hosted our annual Independence Day bbq and have a lot of beer left over, yet the soft drinks (even the Pepsi:P ) disappeared as if New Coke was the only soda available starting today.
Not that I'm complaining about having a nice variety of beer for at least the next month, but wow. Of course, we're keeping it cold, lest it get skunked. You gotta love an extra fridge in the garage. Anyone else notice a more subdued trend? This isn't the first year. |

What was the initial beer to soft drink ratio, cross referenced with the male to female dynamic, the total sodium load of the food served, divided by the ambient temperature index? That's probably the best applied "socio-economic" statistical formula mastered in college! :D

Three bathrooms, but no counting devices to see how many times they got used.
Would have been funny if we had a kid with a little clicker/counter standing outside the bathroom. "Excuse me...was that a #1, a #2, or were you just checking out the medicine cabinet?" |
We were at the F1 race in Indy this past weekend, and we came home with more Leinie's Red, Honey Wheat, and Creamy Dark than usual. We couldn't have packed too much water, on the other hand, but the days are longer now that Indy is on daylight savings time year-round, so it stays sunny longer. Sunny = sweaty = thirsty. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
Furthermore, I concur on the "ingest while expelling" topic. This works well while camping next to the race track at Indy! |
there is no such thing as "extra"

Send some my way...
Seriously, we had a housewarming party of sorts on Saturday 7/1, had a bunch of the usual suspects over- when you have 15 guests and can't lft the recycling barrel for the weight of the bottles, I gotta say, the old habits die hard. And I'm 30, SWMBO is 24... |
It is all the folks on low carb diets. Beer has a lot of carbs and the alcohol interferes with the metabolism of the real food you should be burning because you metabolize the alcohol first.

Extra:confused:
Can you ups beer, packed in dry ice? I'll take it off your hands ~Nate |

For all you know over the net, I could be a 28 year old 400lb women, who cant fit through the door anymore... You'd be doing the public a favor by letting me stay in side, and not having anybody see me.
