Sunsetter Awning or similar
 
My mom is thinking of purchasing one of these retractable awnings for her deck. Does anyone have experiences with them? Are they as good as they (the company) say they are? She ordered the information kit that just arrived today. Thank you for any opinions on this product.

I know a guy has the Sunsetter... get the manual one and get the warranty... thing is great!
