I'm starting the rebuild of my 71 MGB GT 1.8 liter. I'm having it bored out .060 over and putting in an appropriate cam. Maybe then I can teach those Civic drivers a lesson...maybe.

Going to the beach. Doing nothing at all for a few days.

3.5 months until first snow. This month I promise I'm gonna up my training. Birkebeiner here we come!

Finished a triathlon yesterday. I let the mayor of Minneapolis beat me by a few seconds. The shame! If I had known I would have tried harder instead of chatting on the course with other people.

Goal for the month: Get a passport so I can continue making drug and tequila runs into Mexico next year. Currently having trouble getting proof from Los Angeles County that I was born.

Well, there is a loophole that allows you to get them over here. I think it needs to be registered as a used car tho.

That's my plan. Mexico doesn't need anything as long as I don't travel too far into the interior. Our country is the problem. If I can't get a passport, I'll just sneak back in with the illegals and let the authorities prove I belong back in Mexico.

Funny, the birth certificate I've had all along was good enough to register for the draft, obtain a social security number, register for school and join the Air Force. Because it doesn't have an "official" seal, the State Department says I can't prove I'm a US citizen. (???)

Kuan, you're right. The IRS never made me show them any birth certificate so that I could pay taxes.
