Hell, he even said the Isrealis were the ones that started it going. When questioned he confirmed that it was his understanding. When confronted with the fact that the day after they formed a state formally, the arabs declared war he seems to not want to go there anymore. Hmmmmm. Other responses will be "Read the book" (no mention of what book or better yet a quote) or "Get Educated". Usually some generic comment to deflect attention away while he backpedals. Am I the only one that notices this trend?

Maybe he is an illusionist? Look at this hand (read the book, etc, etc) while the other does something else (talks about something else to change the subject)?
