So when is your first day of work?

MikeTangas 08-21-2006 05:46 PM

That is OK Carson...

I'll wave at you as I pass while I am enjoying my 62 mile commute from Temecula to El Cajon soon enough.

My guess is that you two will be on different freeways.

His new job is in Costa Mesa, so he'll likely be going north on the 405 / 5, while you'll be heading south on the 15.

Carson357 08-21-2006 08:47 PM

i will take the 5 north to the 73 toll road.

We paid the same on a Sunday afternoon to go to Laguna Beach and were shocked to pay that amount and it's not even a cool San Francisco bridge which is only $3

Are you working at Caliber now?

Jim Anderson 08-21-2006 10:16 PM

My sister lives in Santa Margaritaville and took the toll road with my utility trailer to see her, won't do that again:eek:

No doubt. Unless he were to do the 15/91/55 or is that 57? Can't recall. Seemed easy enough to get to Costa Mesa from Temecula ;). I was being a little facetious.

I'm not looking forward to city traffic but at least I'll have a "flex" shift that should allow me to slide down after the morning rush and after the evening rush, a 10A to 6P shift. That means I'll be out of the office by 7-7:30 or so and should have a relatively easy breeze north.

well it is official, i start on tuesday!! took my tools up this evening, hopefully i will not need then that much, but thought i should have them handy just incase,
i was very shocked to see how many ferrari and maserati that were there. i had never been there when all the cars were in the shop, not sure how much i will deal with them, but hopefully they too will require test drives!!

pictures pictures!

Obviously, do not take pictures of customer's cars and post them on the internet. Many owners of high end cars value discretion. You probably knew that, but just in case......congrats
