pulled my first trailer this weekend.

much easier than i expected. ive had a bunch of stuff that needed to go to the dump for a while. i finally brought a trailer home from work and loaded every thing up. ive never pulled one before so it was new to me. the only freaky part was when it started fishtailing at 60mph. all in all it was pretty easy. i even got to use 4low at the dump when i hit the powdered dirt.

When the trailer starts wiggling around (the tail wagging the dog) it can be really disconcerting...I've always been told to accelerate out of it, even though that's counterintuitive.

yep. and if you have a braking device put the trailer brakes on and floor the car.

putting on the brakes of the towing vehicle when it is fishtailing is asking for a wreck!
