College Football Anyone?
Big shakeup up top. Va Tech lost, Miami lost, Florida State lost. Ohio State won. USC and LSU took a break this week. Who's going to the Sugar Bowl?

I got to see the OSU / Michigan State game while updating Gentoo Linux on my tangerine iMac. It was a great game. Probably the best thing was that it convinced me that OSU may indeed have a passing game. I still remember all those years when Cooper was coaching, and it just seemed that the players were either just running the ball, dropping easy passes, or getting arrested...
Got to see part of the Purdue game too. It was pretty good. [On Saturdays I try to minimize lab work and watch college football. It's far more exciting to me than the NFL stuff.] |

Looks like SC and OU for the Sugar Bowl. What do you guys think?

I think SC and OU too. SC still has UCLA and Oregon to play. They should beat UCLA but Oregon is a different story. Depends on which Oregon team shows up. Recall how Oregon handled Michigan earlier this year.

If LSU wins out and wins the conference championship, they will go to the sugar no doubt. They will have to beat two top 20 teams to finish out though.

I feel sorry for who comes in #2... NO TEAM WANTS TO PLAY OKLAHOMA.
I am a UCLA and OSU fan.. each year I am always dissappointed by UCLA. I don't know why they keep struggling after the loss to Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl. With OSU... I am pretty happy with how they're doing. They should get into a good BCS bowl game. I do not want them to play Oklahoma... they will get killed, no doubt about it. |

Michigan should demolish Ohio State. They have lived on a wind and a prayer all season long. Ohio State hasn't exibted any glimpse of talent or ability that a top ten team should have. They should not have won the national championship last year. The blown calls in the National championship game last year were really bad. Instant replay.......Miami would have won that game. Heck, Penn state would have beat Ohio State last weekend if it had not been for a crappy call.
