Steering Box Rebuilder- **Caution**

There's a real scam shop using three different company names located at 10211 Pacific Mesa Blvd, San Diego, Calif.- Car Steering Wholesale (ebay name), Meridian Auto Parts & a third name advertising in Hemmings. They claim to have rebuilt thousands, but what you actually get is a painted up junk yard special. The 1st unit I got took 3 times the effort of a factory box with dangerous excessive play. With much resistance I was finally allowed to return unit for replacement after 4 days use at my expense. The 2nd box had the correct turning resistance, but dangerous excessive play. They wouldn't accept a refund or return even thou their ad says 1 year warranty & hung the phone up. I have filed a claim with the District Attorney, & plan on taking this business down

Hmmm, I bought a steering box from them and all was fine. The other name they use is Discount Steering.com. In fact, I ordered a ball joint and shocks at the same time. Everything showed up fast and all the parts were the correct ones.
