Hehe, found this on ebay..

Worth a look, and quite humorous!

Wowsers. Wonder how long that finish lasts, does it get oxidized?

Cool, I've always wanted a car with a chrome mirror finish. I personally think it looks awesome. That's just me though.

I think this is a finish as sold by Alsa Corporation. It's REALLY expensive, and it is close to, but not as shiny as chrome; it is certainly not claimed to be as durable, and is really meant for "Show cars", not something one would actually drive around town.

I think that I read somewhere that John DeLorean had a GTO entirely done in actual metal chrome plating.

That looks kind of cool if you ask me. I would LOVE the attention in that car.

(Or if the car itself car itself could pick its plate it shoud be "Y MEEEE")

Sooner or later this had to happen

That treatment is over the top, it belongs in front of a Hollywood nightclub, in Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, or to be owned by a rapper or footballer

The bling factor is the negative with this, wee heavies scratching envy lines with bricks.

Reminds me of an I Pod

If you get a car with a finish like that, then you have to buy one of those sleeve-things made of silicone to go over it like you do with your I Pod to keep it from getting scratched up.

The glare from that car would be a hazard to other drivers.

Dolly Parton had a great line that definitely applies to that ridiculous car: "It costs a lot of money to look this cheap."

I think Dolly plaigarized that line. I think Mistress Heather made that up.

Looks more like polished aluminum than chrome.
