Due to a number of recent court rulings, our Affirmative Action office is nowhere near the pain in everyone's butt they used to be. A few years ago, they had no problem gettting intimately involved in every hire where any "under-represented" applicant who passed the lowest level of screening, didn't get selected for the job.

Now that their power has been yanked, they fill the hours in their union protected jobs with feel good trainings and seminars to enhance "cultural diversity", or other nonsensical catch phrases.

The latest training had this to say about the presenter...man, I thought marketing departments could spew the BS!

"He helps these organizations achieve systemic congruence through cultural competence."

WTF?

Systemic congruence. That means the ratios are preserved as you move from small to large scale. Just as in geometry class.

Yeah pretty much, that organization needs to be shut down. It did what it was supposed to now its time to go and stop wasting tax payer funds.
