Why do three year olds sometimes wake up at 4am, yell, crawl into your bed, headbutt you in the nuts, and kick you out?

because they can, side effect of being so damn cute.

I'm first up here 7am, working on a Saturday not my favourite thing to do.

I have a young child that can barely walk. When she catches me asleep on the couch she whacks me with a plastic golf club and then runs. It sure is a sight to see those little legs taking off after an ambush.

Our three year old twins let us sleep in until exactly 7:00 a.m. It was the greatest gift they could possibly give us.

Now if I can ever get rid of this damn cold. I've had the worst cough of my entire existence for the last three weeks.
