Stouts
Does anyone here like stout beer? My preferred ‘standard’ is Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout. Have to be careful with this one as it is 9% alcohol. I like stouts that are like old motor oil. Perhaps some day I can try to make my own and label it ‘Nectar of 617’.

Stouts are among the easiest ales to brew. It's hard to go wrong since everything is used and done in excess compared to more refined beers.
I'm with you on Imperial Stout, my favorite stout to brew. I haven't brewed on in a couple of years but your mentioning of it has def. got me thinking. Thanks! B
