Somehow I never seemed to agree with them. Sounds like a way to get around "double jeopardy". Kinda makes it seem like just because we beat up a guy for no reason, we get 5 years. We beat another guy up because he is Jewish, black, from another gang, speaks differently or whatever and it is now 10 years.

CT only has 5, but we are a bit more sudtle in the north. There are a lot of places were certain people are not welcome, not saying I agree just reporting what I see.

Also not most of the "offical" groups are in North aka hick CT.
