'95 Dodge Neon 2.0l 5-speed tune-up/maintainence Questions

I've recently acquired a '95 Neon and am performing some routine maintainence, enough to keep her as a daily driver to and from work. I've already changed the plugs, plug 3 was a little wet but the others were dry and nice shape. In the process of changing the oil but the oil filler cap broke (no words) and the belt on the engine is loose.

Anyone know how to tighten the belt? I looked around from the top and do see access to the tensioner

My buddy has one, and he kept tightening it and tightening it, I kept telling him look dude, the squeaking is a bad component, meanwhile his AC went out and he got surging from the alternator.... But I think it is done through the Alternator bracket, or one of the brackets, you know loosen the bracket, use a prybar and push the alternator over and tighten it type of thing. It may or may not be the alternator but I sure remember it being something like that.

I have random sqeaks all over, but the belt is noticeably loose. I'll check the alternator region tonight and hopefully be able to tighten things up. For a spare car it's not half bad..... We'll see as the saga continues

Found out that the power steering pump is on a separate belt. I found two bolt and loosened them well but the pump still would not move. Any ideas where else it's bolted to?
