Let's Put John Doe on Trial

Is there enough evidence? Is he guilty or innocent of insulting a moderator?

I think it'd be fun. We could have a real jury and a coupla people arguing for or against. If he's guilty he'll serve out his ban, if he's not, well, I guess what's done is done.

Anyone?
