Are you working today? MLK day

I am. (If you can call what I do working.)

Seem half my customers/suppliers open, half closed.

Office is closed but I have some stuff to get done and will 'sneak in' for a few hours.

No school and I have the day off. Now just need to do something to keep myself busy.

Hatterasguy 01-15-2007 01:17 PM

Yes all day, until I go to sleep!:D

I am at work, but looking at the volume of active threads, I would guess that many who regularly participate are off, which would mean they are contributing to this forum on their workplace computer.

I'm at work...as usual

justinperkins 01-15-2007 02:22 PM

Working from home, due to freezing conditions, not MLK.

This town shuts down when a freeze hits, people don't know how to drive in this kind of weather.

Kuan 01-15-2007 02:23 PM

I'm trying to teach the kid how to use the darn potty.

I have done my work this morning. My main part will be done tonight. How does that count then

Same here.

But winter states have superior equipment capacity and road treatment processes. It would take a serious hit to shut down the cities in the states I used to live in (IL, MO, KS, CO and MN).

Driving in this stuff here in TX doesn't scare me nearly as much as what the guy near me is going to do!

Yeah I think in I heard somebody tell me that Austin has two snowplows.

I used to live in Sacramento, so I visited the mountains a lot. If we were in Tahoe, this would be a nice day and people would be out doing all sorts of stuff.

It was a joke about being on the workplace computer doing personal stuff. Of course I would never do that.

Ha, Ha. We finally have the four year old sleeping through the night without a pullup. Now if the boys will lift the seat, my life would be perfect. Making them clean the pee covered toilet has caused them to actually think about it.
