UGG boots.. Are they attractive?

Hey Guys,

I went shopping with a friend of mine today and she wanted to get UGG boots. I told her they don't look attractive, instead a little trashy. What do you guys think?

I ended up swaying her not to buy them.

Not sure how old your friend is, but those boots (and others like them) are an item among the pre-adolescent crowd.

That said, they've been popular for at least two seasons...translated, in fashion-ese, they won't be a trendy item for long...

I don't care what anyone says, they are by far the most comfortable shoes / boots I have ever worn. Those are the pair I have.

UGG Mens stuff

I agree with everything you said. My friend is a beautiful 39 year old blonde with a great body.

Comfortable - They sure look it.
Attractive - Not really. (Insert that “...eye of the beholder.” line here.)

FWIW - I have seen quite a few of the Hollywood gals (Teens to 30s) wear them (or something a lot like them) over black tights with denim skirts. Seems to be the trend.

I’m with Kuan - Go with the Stegers.

they are comfy and in style but wait a season and they will be gone....only to return again at some point...

Nice car BTW.
We have the same color codes (Cream over Palomino ?).
I wish I had that AC system.
Got anymore pics you can post? I’d like to compare and see where I stand.:)

I had a pair in the early 80s--every surf shop on the East Coast carried them.

Are they attractive? Well they are called UGG, aren't they?

Actually the carpet is not original. The originals were disgusting. I think I got the carpet out of an '82 from the junk yard. Thanks for noticing.

They look like something a teeny bopper would have worn back in the '80s....

He probably did, now it's the select comfort sleeping apparatus. I could see him using one of those, ot the boots. ;)

UGG, for the sound I make every time I see someone wearing a pair.
