Opinions please C32 or....
 

Hello fellow members. I had an unfortunate accident in my C36 so it is looking like a write off (I got T-boned). I am fine and so is the owner of the Chevy 2500 that hit me which is most important. The car saved my life with its awesome build quality. The fire dept and ambulance attendant said the same thing. I love the car but I fear that if it is fixed, there will be problems arrising in the future as well as a severely depreciated value. So....

I am looking for my next AMG. I am leaning towards the the C32. Why? My options are the 99-02 E55, C55, C32, or the C43. The latter is too much like my car in performance so I would like a change. I am looking at a C32 for $36,000 CDN with 66,000 kms or a C55 for $53,000 with 57,000kms. Both are gorgeous, but there is a slight edge with the C55 (18" rims, nicer dash, built in CD changer, V8, etc) but I can't see the justification of another $17,000. Especially with a difference in Kms that is small and the performance is minimal. The E55 is nice but I am drawn to the small AMG's for some reason. I do like the C's in the AMG family (C36, C43, C32, C55).

That being said, what are the immediate issues I should look at with the C32. I have done a search and I have seen the "inter-cooler pump"? is one issue. Any other heard up? I will be having it taken to Mercedes to have it checked out so any tips when I see them will be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
