Unearthing '57 Plymouth

Hi all,
just wondering if any of you have come across the following tale -
I read this article in Classic Car Weekly, an English publication. The copy is a couple of weeks old, i was just musing over it at lunch in work...

"Only 4 months to Plymouth in Tulsa...

Okay,we know its not proper Gene Pitney,but it will certainly have enthusiasts
and restoration specialists on the edge of their seats to know how well a 1957 Plymouth Belvedere has fared,when it is exhumed on June 15 after 50 years of burial under the Tulsa County Courthouse lawn - as part of a competition stunt for citizens of the day to guess the likely population of Tulsa in 2007.
With its trend-setting, up to the minute fins and twin headlamp arrangement, the Plymouth was chosen in 1957 as 'a true representative of automobiles of this century.' And from a cynical 2007 viewpoint, its amusing to observe, too, that W A Anderson, chairman of the Jubilee competition campaign at the time, went on to say that the car had "the kind of lasting appeal that should be in style 50 years from now...Tulsans think big...we feel we can overcome any technical difficulties we encounter [in burying the Plymouth] - including the possibility of striking oil in our excavation!"
Actually, the ingress of a little oil into the Plymouth's concrete tomb would not have come amiss to help preservation, under threat as it has been all these years to cracking from thundering nearby traffic,which might well have introduced unwelcome moisture to the Belvedere's rust-prone shell. No periodic maintenance of the tomb has ever been undertaken, apart from mowing the grass above it.
When the car is unearthed, the competition entries will be extracted from a steel container buried with the car, and if the person who gave the most accurate answer is no longer alive, the car will be awarded to his or her heirs. The glove compartment contains an unpaid parking ticket and a bottle of tranquilisers, which the lucky winner may well need before tackling the recommisioning. And we bet they forgot to pour Redex down the bores..."
