Dude, the next best thing is to just goto a yoga class.

The one near me is sausage free (present company excluded) and the women are between 25-45. All fit and very flexible, we have mirrors too!

On Monday, Ann the owner/instructor said, "You've got it good here", all I could do was flash her a ***** eating grin.

You're welcome to attend a class, I guarantee it'll kick your arse. Only thing pussy about it, is... well.... you know.

Man I took yoga today. I learned the warrior pose and warrior 2. Then she made us grab an ankle and put one leg in the air and I tipped over.
