I will be buying 10-50 acres of property for it. I want my house set way the heck back so you can't see it from the street. I don't want to be able to see my neighbors houses from mine either. But yeah new developements are great to buy in if you get in on the ground floor.

My neighbor mows the lawn in a bikini top and she has a nice set. :D

I could have gotten something with that much property but we rather live in the city and not do all the work on such a piece of land unless we were using it for something.

My neighbors gawk at me as I work on my car. I will only clear a bit for the yard, the rest of the land will be left natural so not much work.
