Went to a German Car Show Today

It was rainy, cool and windy weather today, so they had a mediocre turnout.
I had no intention of entering my car, but one of the organizers waved me down and directed me to park it alongside a 300SL with racing history. It's owned by John Olson who runs the "SL Market Letter" and has written numerous MB books. My batteries died (of course), otherwise would have taken more pics. A dozen or so 911's, a few Audi's, one Jag, a BMW 840ci, and a coupla' year old Aston Martin Vantage. Mercwise, there was the 280 SE (forsale), a 6.9 with Euro lamps, a '94 500SL, a Euro 350SL, and a 1959 (?) 220S. |

The wind was wicked, so I only kept it open for about 10 mins. |
Oh, that SL looks sharp parked to that S600. ;)
Looks like that V12 attracted some attention. Are those all the pics, or did you grab any of the Aston? |

I pulled into my spot, made a donation/registered then starting snapping pics. 10 mins later the batteries died. I was making my way over to the Aston and snap a few and then move onto the other Mercs. |
