Why bother? Just go over and strip the important parts, theres no shortage of 300CE's over here to put them on.

The importing thing is pretty complicated. AFAIK, only one company had the rights to import the newer skylines, and they were arrested and stripped of their ability. And they paid the Gov. for exclusive rights to do it. As for a kit car based on what I've read so far, it can't just be a stripped chassis, with a US sourced engine, it has to be a bare chassis with no serial numbers, never registered. But, theres is an obvious circumvention to that.

I've just recently completed construction on a seven foot long, Model, R/C Submarine. Balao class (SS-311, USS ArcherFish). Fully submersible, (15 feet). Cost a whole boat load of money to build, (punn, intended) but very cool, and exact replica, to the smallest details. No available instructions as lots of it was built from scratch anyways. Built it in the cab of the truck, and it now resides on the top bunk, until I get it home. I've always skipped that part when it came to the model building hobby. I can't wait to try it, in the local High School swimming pool, or at my summer home in Colchester, Lake Hayward, Ct. I'd prefer the car, minus the instructions also.

Yes, I'm sure, because the five foot tall inflatable, with blue eyes, and blond, "Barbie" like hair, sits on the passenger seat, not the top bunk...LOL,

Good one though Tom.

Nick (By the way, as I said, the Sub, is six foot, 11.5 inches, end to end)
