I really like those front and rear quarters. They look really sharp.

What about the interior. Than's sweet! (Minus the aftermarket screen).

The fenders look like they are off an early 90's 300D.

Nice car, all the best older MB's seem to be coming from Japan these days.

I noticed that too. Some interesting examples in Canada as well. Helluva' price to pay to get one of them legal in the US.

Yeah the shipping is the cheap part!

I wonder if you can bring it in as a "kit car" somehow.

Very very slick, with diesel intakes on BOTH front fenders!!

Nice custom job, and woul be VERY expensive to bging in as a gray market car, though.

Yeah, I like that car a lot, but those Corvette seats are horrible aren't they..? I don't like them at all..I'd rip those suckers out before shipping it, and leave them in Japan. Bring it home, and either put in a set of RECARO's, or Mercedes seats. I don't like th T.V. screen, on the dash board either.

Can't say that I knew anything about Lotec before. They do interesting mods. Aside from the doors, note the exhaust.

the coupe looks nice but is too much for me. the ride quality would be crap and why bother? the engine is just a little six.

just give me a very clean almost stock coupe any day, with the 104 engine and stock sized tires.

Japan has some crazy stuff - that's nice and well done. Not my style, but I can appreciate the quality.

Thats what I'm thinking. Noble does that to, to get all their "off road use" cars into this country.

I think we are making to big of a deal with this importing stuff maybe, we just need to import "kit cars".
