Not much of a movie watcher, can I pick five books?

I grew up listening to the South Pacific soundtrack but it passed while I was thinking about DVD's maybe it would be a good filler for #5 DVD.

If this were a term-limited banishment, I suppose I could make an appropriate list. But if it were permanent, never to hear any other music again, it would be a hellish choice. Eventually I'd grow to be bored with them all. I would hate being bored with my favorite movies & music, wouldn't you? OTOH, I'd hate never to see or hear them again.

It reminds me of something AB1 Toth asked me one time while I was in bootcamp and presented with an unpleasant dilemma, "If you were up to your neck in ***** and somebody threw a bucket of pus at you, would you duck?"

I think I'd select very long, intricate music and movies to delay the time to boredom. The horror!

I picked movies and DVD's that I watch or listen to on a routine basis. I watch Office Space, Lebowski, Monty at least once a month. I don't break out the popcorn or anything but I pop em in the bedroom dvd player before I get my shut eye.

I'm on Netflix and almost never buy a dvd unless my kids really enjoy a movie. Big Lebowski is an exception. I really like that movie. had I not met Mrs B, I could easily have spent my life as the Dudester. After I retire, that's still an option.

Some of the best movies I have ever seen were so disturbing that I never want to see them again. Among them are: just about any horror movie (I HATE horror movies), "Blue Velvet", "Sophie's Choice", "Schindler's List", and "The Passion of the Christ".

I watched Passion for 5 minutes, I'd rather watch The Texas Chainsaw flicks or dawn of the dead. Mel got his point across on that one.

If you watch the extras about Lebowski the Dude is based on a real life guy who go's by the name "Dude".

And yes I could be a Lebowski.........unchecked aggression Dude...he pissed on your rug.
