:wtf:Some friggin moron, just made mince meat out of the door, and door jamb, of my Freightliner..This sucks.
I'm sitting in the truck, parked, truck shut down, playing on this 'puter.
I've got my driver door open, and the window rolled down with my left leg resting on the door sill. On the left side of me, is a huge, wide open space area, and there's nothing but a few acres of pavement surrounding my truck. A moron in a Knight Transportation truck, decides to take the spot next to me..All of this open space.., NEXT to me..?


Anyways, instead of just making a big circle, and coming into the spot, NEXT to me, foreward, and just pulling up straight. He decides to back in the spot, from in front, off to the left of me, sight side. He backs, and jacks his truck. I was paying attention to the computer, and never lifted my head until it was WAY to late. All of a sudden , I look up, and he's on top of me. He hit the door with the front right corner of his trailer, and almost took off my leg in the process. He hit the open door, in such a way that it was forced closed, but was also pushed virtically, and laterally at the same time, and was pushed "Into the door jamb". Now the door will not close. I've got major structural damage to one of the most vital areas of the trucks super-structure, and he's making light of the whole thing. I don't get it...where the heck do these morons come from anyways? I've got anywhere from $6k to $8k worth of damage,and my truck will be down for the next few weeks, or even months, if the body shop is tied up. I'll have to either buy, or rent a truck to drive, and all of this for a wide open parking lot, the size of Wrigley Field, and I was sitting there all alone, with not another vehicle anywhere in the parking lot...WTF!! :eek: :wtf:

I had a heck of a hard time trying to hold my water, and not pound this guy's head in. I gave him a lot of hell already, and he's finally just pulled away...This is ridiculous. I cannot experess how mad I became at the whole situation

The reason I never looked up was because as a simple rule of thumb out here, us truck drivers generally, take as little risk possible. I had no idea he would be that stupid, and didn't figure he'd do such a thing...So I never even lifted my head up to see.

Sorry Nick.......that really sucks. Hopefully, he works for a big company that has plenty of insurance. I'd sue them for loss of use and the repair of the truck.

Better watch it, Army boy. The level of training you received was only for regular GI's--he knows how to do martial arts stuff that they don't even have words for it is so fly. Hell, he's probably got a gun that will shoot from Conn. to Michigan that is satellite guided.:eek:
