Speaking of looking in the attic, I used to buy Marvel comics in the 60s like they were going out of style. Spiderman, Thor, Fantastic Four, The Hulk, X-Men, Captain America, Daredevil, probably a few others I forgot.
Good lord, to have them all back again just like I bought 'em. We're talking serious money. My mother feels it worse than I do. She told me she can remember throwing them out. :bigcry: |
Don't you just hate that. I have a bunch of comics from the 80's to mid 90's.

He has one prior sale - A marble for $350:eek: Heck with selling seat covers on Ebay, I am getting some marbels!
|
someone out there will buy it.....:):wacky:
|
You'd think with a $700 starting bid he could take a second picture that's in-focus.

How many times do you hear about mothers giving them away to neighbors (that are smarter) or just throwing them out?? Makes you think about, "Mother knows best" eh? |

Brings back fond memories of playing marbles as a kid. You'd dig the hole in the sand and flick them with your finger. Bumps, boulders, cat's eyes. The coolest kids had their marbles in those purple Crown Royal bags. ;)
