Sing to the tune of Melanie's " I got a brand new pair of roller skates".

I locked a bunch of loans before todays interest rate tank:

I now know that I can feed my family in July.

This is starting to sound like we need to move this over to "Another Fine Friday."

I learned today the the Anthro160 professor is going to allow me to add his class. Woo Hoo, thus finishing my BS degree this summer.
On to grad school, maybe.

You too?

Had this been asked a couple of hours ago, prior to some semi-toothless scruffy bum on a rickety bike flipping me the bird for no reason, I would have come up with something immediately.

Ok... I had great success making homemade Kochkäse - so much so, that two people suggested I try and sell it to the local German markets. :)

Roof over my head, belly full of food and a nice neighbor who lets me play with her woohoo.

I figured out a while back that I have just about as much of everything that I need. It is a very satisfying thing to discover.

Not quite as much money as I need, but, then I have more junk than I can use. Not nearly enough family in the area, but, then I have more grass to mow than I need. I'm not quite as smart as I think I should be, but, then I am smarter than most people at work.

1. I woke up on this side of the grass and everything was going in the right direction.

Is that the same thing as saying: "I am not pushing daisies."

This link ought to help :) http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/qa/kochkase.htm
It tastes the best on top of authentic Bauernbrot (Farmers bread) - I still have to try and replicate it - have to start a starter first.
The official type of Soda used is Natron - apparently Natron is Soda with extra parts. Not sure if it makes a difference what type you use.

Kochkäse can either be eaten with, or without Musik (Music) which essentially is sliced onions, some oil, and a dash of vinegar.

Besides Quark, and Schichtkäse, it can also be made out of Handkäse (made from skim milk, somewhat translucent and a bit stinky, and it can have a little bite.) I ended up making my own quark to make the Kochkäse.

My celebrity navel lint collection will soon be going up for auction on eBay.
