tiesto sometimes.. sometimes plays here in orlando.. but its always 21 and up ... so are most of the DJ's I like... errr

he dosnt even produce his own songs - he has a crew to.


He's a pure marketing ploy. Local dj's around here could spin circles around him - and they don't charge 20k per show (hell, a couple of beers and they'll play) Not to mention the music itself is pure cheese.


I support local artists and producers. I've been Djing for the past seven years. Theres a whole bunch of decent electronic music outthere; all you have to do is look.

I've heard the same arguement against Rammstein. Oh well. I STILL like their music, and Tiesto. Styx was always being slammed for being "too commercial" as well. Who gives a rip?! If I like what they play, I can't control who's pulling the strings behind the scenes.

yeah - and we all know what happened to Motown...


Tiesto's like the Nickelback of electronic music. All show and no "skill."




give it a few years until you learn what the underground holds. All it took for me was some Rob Hood and a copy of "Knights of the Jaguar"

yea.. I looked into and I was like.. looks like fun but.. with my ADD I would do it for 15 minutes and never again.. Im suprised I still pay attention to my benz
