I think Boston has recently become more indicitave of the "East Coast." Value has started to be on par with prices, which can't be said of Northern New Jersey or across the harbour.

I do have a place in the boondocks. Two, actually. Not necessarily as classy as a cramped apartment in a sewer of a city, but they are seasonally nice .
