2002 s430 frt suspension

problem:frt suspension drops lower on right side.message comes on stop vehicle too low airmatic.local dealer just serviced for the problem.replaced frt shock repair kits? air compressor, relay and fuse.now the frt has dropped lower than before and I see what looks like silicone rubber on ground. It appears that the rubber bellows has detached from the bottom of the right frt shock. Can someone please help me to understand? Many thanks

if the bellows have come off they can sometimes be reattached by holding them down in place and inflating the shock- this happens from time to time and I used compressed air (carefully) blown into the shock whle holding the bellows down to get it to inflate. if it wont stay, time for a new shock.
