Thats kinda like the guy running around my town in a mustang with the GT-R badge from Pep-boys on it.

Yeah, or the friggin morons in the run of the mill GT's and Lx's with "Saleen" across the windshields. As if they could almost come close to even comparing them, never mind actually finding or affording the real deal. The real "Saleen" Mustangs are pretty rare, hard to find due to such limited production numbers and very expensive. Then you get some fool 17 year old in a run of the mill V-8 Mustang and he slaps the "Saleen" name onto the thing. Idiots (I imagine, other 17 year old boys) don't know the difference though, and really believe they are looking at the real thing..Sheesh

I saw one of those in Compton, fake badges....and yes a BIG racing tachometer on a V-6.

Guy in my neighborhood has a yellow one with a Nissan GT-R badge on it.. claims its factory... I was like.. yea.. then why does it have a Nissan part number on it..he freaked out and was like..

It looks more like a 2008 C 300 with an AMG package and 5.5 Liter V8 upgrade. Badged in the old tradition of a 300 SEL 6.3 or 3.5, 450 SEL 6.9 with the uprage designation on the right side of the trunk lid.
Could as well be very authentic.
