I have bought 2 benzes in 2 weeks!

I love them! The first one i bought last week, 1985 500SEL Euro for $2300 in AMAZING condition. The second is a 1985 300D that has lots of little problems but starts and runs better then any other OM617 i have ever driven.

Nice! I also bought 2 Benz in the last 2 weeks. The first is an '81 240D with blown motor (got it for the 4sp manual), and the second is a '79 280CE I got for parts. They were CHEAP. I'm really liking the SEL!

I was enjoying lunch at my favourite Italian joint when this septugenarian drives up in the most perfect 240D I have ever seen.The condition was breathtakingly original,Christ,it was PERFECT.Dark blue,tan MB Tex,and {so help me God}5 speed!!!!!!!

NO,it was not for sale even though I offered my '98 Albatross in trade!

Well now,I try to avoid the Old Crow but in evil hour I sometimes am saddled with Crow's Feet,specially after 1 in the morning!Any younger I ain't gettin!
