I think I may have a thing for older, mature, sophisticated women

I've always liked older women though not exlusively, more that I wouldn't mind dating one (if given the chance). But now as of late I'm noticing that I'm taking a keen interest in older women, and I don't mean the hot mom/milf type in your mid-late 30s or early 40s type. I don't know, I mean I'm noticing that I'm attracted to maybe women in their late 40s or 50s type. One of my supervisors may fall under that category, and I think I may be developing a crush on her. She's not married as far as I can tell from her ring finger. But then it's not like I have a chance, haha. Big age difference, I would think and the fact that thee's really no common ground, but I dunno. Of course, I'm not gonna do anything rash by making it obvious, such as staring (which I learned is a form of sexual harrassment) or telling other people with whom I work (though I've been tempted to do that just so I can tell someone and get it off my chest. It's like high school or college all over again, hot for teacher feeling.

So anyway, who likes older women? And what say you about having crushes on a superior at work? Even if she's not an immediate supervisor or what not.
