Perceived racial slur on Sitcom causes HUGE uproar
Filipino med schools were slighted. (I saw a paper towel dispenser with the graffitti "Phillipine Medical School diplomas" written on it once)
The kicker is that a Filipino attorney (Rodel Rodis in San Francisco) said the apology by ABC did not go far enough, and in a future episode, a script needs to be written in which Teri Hatcher "Needs to ask specifically for a Phillipine doctor, because they are the BEST" LOL One bite of the apple is not enough, there needs to be 2 or 3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LMA25i1jFs#2BczlYIjOIU
