The Split is Official.

Daimler’s de-merger from Chrysler has been finalised today. Several organisational changes have been introduced following the separation of the two companies, along with a raft of name changes. |
Hope it will lead to improvements in quality for Diamler.

To hell with Diamler:eek:, I'm rooting for Chrysler. You live in America, not Germany. Show some support for the home team. |
Darn, no more commercials with Dr. Z & Jon Reep together.

It is finally over!
Hey I like Chrysler as much as anybody... My dad had a 1970 Valiant with a slant six that was awesome and a 1973 Fury that had 38 things go wrong on the way home from the dealer (he made a list!)
Never bought another one. BUT, this is a Mercedes site and we have to rejoice in the fact that we are finally free of the Chrysler Group and its red ink bath. Maybe now the ads for the new C class will make sense and they will once again be engineering MB cars that ARE MB cars! Just my 2 cents. The opinion expressed in the above statement is not the official opinion of the United States Government, nor the Department of Homeland Security. All opinons and thoughts lame as they are come from me! |
Bring back the Dodge Dart! :D
|
Hopefully the improved quality at MB will continue. I couldn't care less what happens to Chrysler, the chances of me buying an American vehical are .000001%.:D
