We have a neighbor with a loud-@$$ bike who leaves around 5:30 every morning. It's worse now that it's getting colder because he idles the bike longer before taking off. That bike idles louder than our 'burb Diesel at throttle. Not to mention the racket as he pulls away.

Is it worth pursuing this or should we bear it until one of us leaves? I get the sense motorcycles are exempt from noise ordinances. I'll probably have better luck having the neighbors to keep their cats out of our planter boxes.
