While that is an exceptional building, I don't think it's the most expensive in NYC. I know of one apartment that's listed for $70M.



That might be the most expensive piece of residential real estate in the world, though I would like to see what top-end properties in Monaco or Hong Kong are selling for.

Probably about the same, NYC is one of the most expensive markets in the world.
