Smile Being average joe ain't bad-

So today is E-file day with the IRS, 2007 is the first year since I was in the military that I can simply file and not wait until October

Everything is paid for by my company so I have no expenses or crap like that I simply punched the ol w-2 info in and BAM ------refund time.

No LLC's, 1099's, losses, gains, sales, yada yada..

After 15 years of self employment I can deal with this for awhile!

It's not a refund, it was your money to begin with. You simply overpaid them, and now they're returning it to you, without interest.

Underpaying makes better sense.......at least in dollars & cents.

You will laugh at this one--I am going to get unfavorable treatment regarding the status of the seed money for my latest out of character project because I didn't pull the trigger (still waiting) on anything from it in '07. Kind of wished I had caught that error in judgment or it had been pointed out on the sign up sheet. Going to really have to pay off now to make the goal I mentioned.

Thanks Berkshire but I understand that, I am rejoicing for the about the first easy tax return - no AMT - no cashing in dividends - no stock sales - no extensions- no BS.

I know I recall one of my first E-Trades I sold Berkshire to buy Genzym and Styker in 2001, both of those dwarfed Berkshire on the return, Birkshire doubled since then while the others did much better.

Signed -
Average Joe and mouse click.
