A blind woman did that a few years back too, iirc. In 30 years of playing golf, to a pretty high level at times, I have made one: I was 23 and have 20/05 vision.

I did it once. And that's probably thirty years of playing minature golf . . . .

My brother in law is a carded PGA Golfer and has never hit a hole-in one while my mother who is a 4 or 5 time a year golfer at best hit 2 in one year.

My country club has a years-long waiting list and tries very hard to avoid attention--it is something you pay for.

I know who your brother in law is, but that's weird. I have never met a professional golfer that hasn't made a hole in one.
