It's 48˚ here now. It's supposed to be going up to 65˚ here for the next two days.
This is a good thing since the burner on my old Dynatherm heater crapped out yesterday. The new burner assembly should be installed by the time the temps drop again. Woo Hoo! an old 36" coil and a new burner with over 87% efficiency.

No, I live about 10 miles south of Cincinnati, in Northern Kentucky. Lexington is about 80 miles due south of me. I work in Cincinnati, in an office about 1/2 half a mile north of the Ohio River (the state line).
