I'm leaving for Dallas, Texas on Wednesday for Spring Break. I'm not too sure why the heck I'm going there but my friend is dragging me along. I would like to get on a bull to do some rodeo. Where do I go for that crap? I'm a Jersey boy and have all my NY GIANTS crap ready for when I go out to the local hick redneck bars. Since I've been working out I'm pretty strong so I'd like to see one of those straw chewing boys step up. I heard Texas people are pretty calm though.

Any cool stuff to see in Texas? It sounds like a sheet-hole so I'm trying to make the best of it.

Recommend something cool to do there.

If you want to flex your new founded muscle, drive out of the Dallas area and into any hick town and look especially for bar with those old fashion swing door. Go in and yell as loud as you can "Texas are for steers and queers".

I had fun at a Super Bowl party in Dallas. At first mygroup was the only ones cheering for the Giants but then the rest of the crowd came around... I thought the "Romontics" would tan my hide over liking the Giants, but ther ewas no drama.

Texas and Dallas is very cool. Do the Book Repository tour then head to Fort Worth for the cow town atmosphere. You need to to got the Stockyards for real cowboy stuff. I did not see much of that in Big D -- seems much more corporate than FW
There are a bunch of good clubs. but if you want to know where to go, have dinner at the Embassy Suites on Stemmons Ave (near Inwood) talk to Millie the waitress. She will clue you in on the Dallas hot spots!
