Attention Walmart shoppers!

I reluctantly went to Walmart yesterday after failing to find what I needd at a couple of small local stores. On my way out the door I was amazed to see an very classy-looking man and woman pull up in a Rolls Royce Silver Spur. I thought it looked so ironic, I had to take a picture of it.

The economy affects everybody. :D

Apparently. God! Think of the lousy mileage THAT thing probably gets. I read somewhere recently that Rolls Royce was planning on bringing out a diesel model. Wonder how long it'll be before we see Rolls Royces running WVO?

I knew they shouldn't have re-vamped Medicare.

They merely stopped to pick up some of that fine vintage in that new wine section that Walmart has been promoting recently...

Does Walmart sell Gray Poupon now? Only with a gray COUpon . . .

Hatterasguy 05-06-2008 12:06 PM

Old money.

Those are amazing cars, they get about 8mpg but who cares.:D Compared to one of those my W126 is like a Civic!

Somebody said to me, "That's why they HAVE money." Sounds like something my dad would have said.

Probably right, too.

Not now, not ever. Never that's when. I don't even own a RR and I wouldn't do WVO or Homebrew Bio.

I was jesting, my good man, jesting!

I know a developer who is worth about $30m; I was laughing one day when I say him directing traffic at one of his condo developments. He looked like a freaken bum, 15 year old beat to hell F250, ripped cloths, cigar hanging out of his mouth, always brings his own lunch never eats out.

I was looking at the complex with a couple of other people, and I was like see that guy he has more money than God.:D

He rather buy a new dumptruck for his business than a new truck for himself, I guess thats why he has money.

I picked up a lovely Zin yesterday at Walmart: $2.95 a bottle. Actually, I haven't tasted it yet. I'll let you know how that goes. Fortunately, I'm not a wine afficianado. Now, I would NEVER buy Scotch at Walmart even if they SOLD it.

Wanna bet someone is actually thinking about it?

Remember, when you are poor, you have to think about where your next meal is coming from. When you are rich, you can start thinking about all sorts of high faluting socialistic, green ideas.

Cold Duck. When Bud Light just doesn't cut it anymore.

Yeah. "Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs." I remember my son once telling me how he wasn't materialistic like I was. I told him that that's because he hasn't started paying the bills yet .
