Jeez... I took two semesters of German in college. Some hard stuff...
I never saw so many ten and twelve letter words in my life! German is not Latin based either like French or Spanish. It is harder to learn and pronounce than most people think!

I actually thought it was a lot easier than Spanish!!

Same here! I took both German AND Spanish, and enjoyed/felt German was easier to learn than Spanish.

Anyways, I am done with college. As of 3 weeks ago!

Sometimes a bit of both. That class was so pointless, I refused to do half the work because I was like I did this in high school. I bought the professor coffee and we talked about upstate CT, she was cool. Gave me an A+.

my CC doesn't offer German, last I checked, if It did I'd be all up in that.

It was fun because the professor and most of the people in the class were cool.

Me and the guy who sat next to me always made smart ass comments. Like one class we were talking about the EU and I was like in pretty good German, Germany just about had their own EU.

If I include high school too then I've taken a total of four years of Spanish...and I still can't speak it! Come to think of it, quite sad :[

I'd love to learn Swedish!
