Yeah, we can get an 05, or higher mileage 06 for the price of an 03 or 04 S55.

What is your budget?

The 2005 W220 S65 is selling for a fraction of the the list price, is faster and more exclusive - but I would not want to own one out of warranty.

Thats why I want the S55. My indy mechanic services an 03 E55, and knows a few of the quirks with the motor. He also services many W220s, so he knows the platform.
